In 1997 my mother died from Cancer. It was a devastating moment for me and one which changed my life. The sadness and loss is hard to describe , however I decided to put my efforts into celebrating her life and celebrating the fact she was such a wonderful caring mother.
In her memory , I raised the funding to build the latest building at BFS - a dormitory which was opened on the 10th anniversary of her death.
The children can now sleep safely each night , and the memory of my mum lives on.
